GABRIELLE'S STALKER TERROR

British singer GABRIELLE is reportedly terrified of leaving her luxury home after being targeted by a mystery stalker.

The 37-year-old star - real name LOUISE BOBB - shot to UK chart success in 1993 with hit song DREAMS, but is now a virtual recluse in her $1.75 million (GBP1 million) house in Beckenham, Kent, after being threatened by an obsessed fan.

A neighbour tells the Daily Star Sunday newspaper, "This is a very safe place to live. There are security guards on the gates everyday and they quiz anyone they don't know.

"But she is obviously very rattled by whatever has happened to her.

"Apparently somebody has made threats to her and has been following her.

"She is taking it very seriously. We have hardly seen her out in the past two weeks. I don't think she has even left the house."
