LACHEY CONFRONTS FOXX OVER MARRIAGE SPLIT JOKE

Angry NICK LACHEY attempted to pick a fight with outspoken JAMIE FOXX over disparaging comments the Oscar winner made about the breakdown of the pop star's marriage - but the actor laughed it off.

Lachey was upset when Foxx went public with uninformed thoughts about the split and the legal implications, even joking that the singer's wife JESSICA SIMPSON should "holler" at him if she "wanted a real man".

Lachey confronted Foxx after the RAY star refused to return phone calls.

He reveals, "The next time I saw him I walked up and told him what was what.

"He did what I knew he'd do - he said, 'I'm a comedian, I was just making a joke.'"
