The 21 SECONDS rapper - real name DWAYNE VINCENT - is accused of prompting pal CARL MORGAN to shoot his ex-girlfriend's new man in 2004 after he was beaten up by him.
Morgan was jailed for life last year (05) for the south London murder. However, the jury in Vincent's case failed to reach a verdict.
His retrial at London's Old Bailey, which opened last month (MAR06), was abandoned last week (13APR06) after new evidence was uncovered.
Judge MARTIN STEPHENS agreed to a conditional bail plea yesterday (19APR06), taking into consideration the rapper's prolonged stay in custody.
British hip-hop outfit So Solid Crew, who boast nearly 30 members, have been plagued by allegations of criminal activity in recent years.
