ODDBALL ORRIDGE TURNS INTO HIS WIFE

Eccentric former PSYCHIC TV frontman GENESIS P ORRIDGE has gone under the knife to become more like his wife.

The quirky GOOD VIBRATIONS rocker-turned-artist and his wife LADY JAYE BREYER P ORRIDGE are developing a wacky new art project called pandrogyny, in which they'll undergo a series of cosmetic surgeries and alterations - to look like female twins.

Oddball Orridge started the project in 2003 when he had breast implants inserted into his chest that mirrored his wife's.

The THROBBING GRISTLE star insists his latest art work will prove to the world that traditional male and female roles in society are outdated.

Lady Jaye tells US rock magazine Spin, "The idea that you would treat someone a specific way because of the way their genitals formed when they were born is really quite silly.

"We are at the mercy of our biology when it comes to hormones, and it's crippling us as a species."

Orridge and Lady Jaye have undergone a series of cheek and breast implants, but the rocker fears that's about as far as they can go to look identical.

He jokes, "I'm about as far as I can go until they find a way to build a vagina under the penis."
