Pop superstar MICHAEL JACKSON will not face further sexual abuse charges after a New Orleans judge dismissed fresh allegations.
US District Judge ELDON FALLON threw out a 2004 lawsuit brought by JOSEPH BARTUCCI JR, who claimed he had suffered nine days of abuse from the THRILLER hitmaker when he was just 18 years old.
Bartucci maintains he was lured into the singer's limousine in 1984 where he was held at gunpoint and cut with razor blades by bodyguards during a terrifying drive from New Orleans to California and back.
He contends the trauma and injuries he suffered caused him to blank out any memory of it until a 2003 report on TV about the singer triggered flashbacks.
Bartucci was seeking unspecified damages but his case was thrown out on Thursday (13APR06).
Jackson's spokesman BRIAN OXMAN said, "We're pleased with the results. It's time to get on to new and better things."
The singer was acquitted of other child molestation charges last June (05) after a high-profile trial.
