OCEAN'S THIRTEEN will begin shooting in July (06) in Burbank, California, where a fully operational casino will be built.
Warner Bros studios are looking to Manilow and Dion to add some musical star power to the film, according to moviehole.net.
Cohen, renowned for his kooky alter-ego ALI G, will play a character specifically written for him by the film's star GEORGE CLOONEY.
Clooney explains, "I think he's a great actor and I've written a role exclusively for him.
"I know he's a fan of my work and we're hooking up together soon. He will be an oddball character."
