PROOF FUNERAL PLANS UNVEILED
LATEST: Plans for the remembrance and burial of gunned down D-12 rapper PROOF have been revealed, and include a public viewing.
The slain rapper's body will be on display on Tuesday (18APR06) at the Fellowship Chapel in Detroit, with memorial services taking place between 9am and 9pm, according to AllHipHop.com.
His family have agreed to a large police presence at the venue, as well as Proof's funeral the next day (19APR06), in an effort to cope with the huge number of mourners expected - among them close friend EMINEM.
Proof, real name DESHAUN HOLTON, was fatally wounded during an altercation inside Detroit's CCC nightclub in the early hours of Tuesday morning (11APR06). A second shooting victim, KEITH BENDER, 35, is still in hospital in a critical condition.
