CARTER SLAMS ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS
Former BACKSTREET BOY NICK CARTER is slamming reports he assaulted a woman in Florida last month (MAR06).
Police in Key West, Florida are investigating an alleged sexual assault claim made by a woman who spent the night at the home of a friend of Carter.
Key West police chief BILL MAULDIN tells the New York Post's Page Six the alleged incident happened around midnight on 27 March (06) and the woman complained to police the following day (28MAR06).
Carter's lawyer JAY HERSHOFF has hit back at the claims saying, "Any allegation of sexual assault by Mr Carter is absolutely not true.
"He (Carter) vehemently denies this."
