WOOD SNUBBED SON'S SUPPORT BAND

THE ROLLING STONES guitarist RONNIE WOOD refused to let his son's group IAN WILLS AND THE WILLING play as a support act on their A Bigger Bang world tour.

IAN WOOD, who plays guitar in the up-coming British band, accepts his father's decision, insisting he must find his own way to rock stardom.

The 28-year-old says, "They'd never consider us. Dad likes what we're doing, but we're not in a position to support him.

"I would love to play with the greatest rock band on earth some day."
