YOUNG SLAMS POP IDOL SONG

British popstar/actor WILL YOUNG has slammed the first song that made him famous after winning TV talent show POP IDOL - vowing never to sing anything like it again.

The 27-year-old, whose debut song EVERGREEN was released simultaneously with ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE when he won the show in 2002, insists he's relieved his musical tastes have changed.

He says, "I don't think it's a great song. I think I've done better songs.

"When you look back at the stuff you've done, like videos, you think, 'I'd do that very differently now.'

"One of the best things about the job I do is that you'll always change and evolve and I couldn't really just stay in one place. You do tend to look back and see stuff differently."
