PINK SHOCKED BY STUPID GIRLS SUCCESS
PINK is shocked by the positive reaction she has received for her song STUPID GIRLS, because she thought people would turn against her.
The song pokes fun at Hollywood girls whose superficial lifestyles consists of shopping, partying and dieting.
She says, "I used easy examples to sort of attack a general mentality that I find nauseating and boring." When the TROUBLE singer explained the meaning of the song during an interview on US talk show ELLEN, she received a standing ovation from host ELLEN DeGENERES, as well as the entire studio audience.

Pink was surprised by the enthusiastic response stating, "That is exactly the opposite reaction I thought I was going to get for writing a song like that. "I was designing very fashionable bullet-proof vests before I came out with this song."
