MCFADDEN CHEERS UP DEPRESSED GOODREM

Singer BRIAN McFADDEN has whisked girlfriend DELTA GOODREM away to the Bahamas to try and lift her sagging spirits.

The Australian singer has been going through a rough patch while trying to establish herself in the US market and desperately misses her friends and family.

Irish McFadden planned the romantic getaway to allow his girlfriend to take a much-needed break, as well as to cheer her up.

Goodrem explains, "New York, it's very isolated. I'm so far away from my family, (Brian's) so far away from his family.

"It can be really depressing."
