LEBLANC'S EX FINDS NEW LOVE

MATT LeBLANC'S ex-wife MELISSA McKNIGHT is moving on in the wake of her impending divorce and has started dating her spiritual advisor.

The former model has been spotted with 27-year-old spiritual healer PANACHE DSAI.

Dsai confirms he recently started seeing McKnight, saying, "We're getting to know each other right now. Where it's going, we don't know."

Last Thursday (30MAR06), the former FRIENDS star filed divorce papers in Los Angeles, citing "irreconcilable differences".

The couple have a two-year-old daughter, MARINA, who suffers from a rare brain disorder.

The actor has since been linked to his JOEY co-star ANDREA ANDERS.
