BRITNEY'S BODYGUARDS SUE

Three of BRITNEY SPEARS' former bodyguards are suing the pop superstar for overtime pay.

Minders LONNIE and RANDY JONES and SILAS DUKES were dismissed by Spears late last year (05) and claim they were not paid in full for their services.

They claim they worked long hours and never received overtime pay, according to court documents, obtained by entertainment news website TMZ.com.

The lawsuit, filed yesterday (28MAR06) in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the guards worked between 12 and 16 hours a day and were often on call 24 hours a day, but never got anything but a straight salary.

The suit asks for compensation for unpaid wages and benefits, as well as penalties.
