J.LO TO VISIT INDIA
Latina sensation JENNIFER LOPEZ will follow in the footsteps of fellow Hollywood star WILL SMITH when she travels to India next month (APR06).
The PLAY singer will spend three days in Mumbai, the country's largest city, from 22 April after finishing her mini-tour of the Middle East, which will see her visit Dubai and Jordan.
Event manager SABBAS JOSEPH tells the Times Of India newspaper he has secured J.Lo for a performance.
He says, "Because of her Latin American heritage there is more of an interest in understanding everything Indian. She is very curious and is looking at connecting with Indian singers, exploring Bollywood.
"We are constantly exchanging notes, she has a lot of questions."
