COKE'S TOO SWEET FOR WYNONNA
Country superstar WYNONNA JUDD hates the taste of Coca-Cola after quitting sugary sodas in rehab.
The singer spent 42 days in a Texas rehab battling her food addiction at the beginning of the year (06) and the first thing she gave up was caffeine and sugar.
She says, "When you go to treatment you don't really have a choice. For six weeks, I had nothing. You sort of cleanse yourself and you get rid of it.
"I took a sip of a Coke the other day and it was so sweet I couldn't do it. It's interesting, my tastebuds have changed... You have to retrain your body."
Judd reveals she came to a realisation while she was in rehab that Americans drink too much caffeine and soda just to stay awake.
She says, "We, as Americans, we work harder than any other country and we're sleep deprived, we don't take care of ourselves, so we substitute sleep and the things we need with food - or at least I do."
