PINK DITCHES DRAMA FOR GLOBAL ISSUES

PINK has vowed to leave the drama of every day life behind to focus on more pressing concerns, such as world affairs.

The STUPID GIRLS singer's message has become more political and less self-involved as she gets older.

She explains, "I guess I've pretty much done everything I wanted to do since I was six years old, but now that I'm 26, my goals have completely changed.

"I feel like I haven't accomplished anything.

"It's funny - I always hated when older people said, 'With age comes wisdom.' I was like, 'Screw you, I'm going to the club. I don't want the wisdom!'

"But now every year I care a little bit less about my drama and a little bit more about the world.

"I didn't touch a newspaper until last year, and now I read The New York Times every day.

"As far as the tabloids go, I've done it all. But as far as the world, I've done nothing. I've got so far to go."
