The two men who taped MICHAEL JACKSON as he flew from Las Vegas, Nevada, to face arrest for alleged child molestation in Santa Barbara, California, have pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges.
JEFFREY BORER and ARVEL REEVES installed a camera to capture conversations between Jackson and his attorney MARK GERAGOS onboard the Gulfstream jet journey in 2003.
Borer was the owner of XtraJet, a charter jet company that operated the Gulfstream and Reeves owned the company that serviced the XtraJet fleet, according to entertainment news website TMZ.com.
The pair pleaded guilty yesterday (06MAR06) to conspiracy. In exchange, federal officials agreed to drop charges of endeavouring to intercept oral communications and witness tampering.
Borer and Reeves will be sentenced in July (12JUL06).
