MCGREGOR SLAMS ARCTIC MONKEYS

Scottish star EWAN McGREGOR has launched a scathing attack on rock sensations ARCTIC MONKEYS.

The newcomers have risen from nowhere to become the biggest group in the UK - recently scooping Best New Band and Best British Band at the NME Awards and British Breakthrough Act at the Brit Awards.

However the STAR WARS actor remains unimpressed by the media hype.

He says, "I don't like them and I don't know why all the other bands are singing their praises."
