JACKSON IN CHILD PASSPORT INVESTIGATION
LATEST: US authorities are investigating allegations that MICHAEL JACKSON lied about his custody status in order to get passports for his children.
The original passports for PRINCE MICHAEL JR and PARIS are being held by a family court, because former wife DEBBIE ROWE, 46, is suing the star for custody.
Jackson, who is currently living in Bahrain with the youngsters, is accused of claiming to have sole custody, in order to have new passports issued.
Yesterday (22DEC05) showbiz website TMZ.com reported Jackson could face child abduction charges unless he returns Prince Michael Jr and Paris to America, after Rowe allegedly filed a lawsuit in a bid to obtain a court-order to bring the children home.
Jackson is also father to three-year-old boy PRINCE MICHAEL II, who he refers to as BLANKET. The child's mother is unknown.
