Michael Jackson is a little underwater with bills and loans. He has ‘til next week to pay off one loan at $200 million. If he does not meet the deadline, he could lose half ownership of 200 songs of The Beatles. He bought the publishing rights of The Beatles catalogue twenty years ago. Their value has raised $452 million since then. Jackson knows he would be a fool to let it go. Jackson’s lawyers have pleaded with the Investment Group to give Michael more time to pay his balance with them. This catalogue does not only hold the legend songs from The Beatles but also Bob Dylan and Stevie Nicks. This is not Michael’s only unpaid loan. He’s under another $300 million with other companies. There is still negotiation going on with his attorneys and the Investment Group.
