PERRY PULLS IN PROPERTY PROFIT
Former FRIENDS star MATTHEW PERRY is showing talent in the real estate arena, after almost doubling the price on a home he bought six years ago.
The 36-year-old actor bought a home in Beverly Hills, California, in 1999 for $3.2 million (GBP1.7 million). And after adding a screening room, a gym, a games area, an office, a wine cellar and several outdoor entertainment areas to the five-bedroom property, he recently sold it for $6.1 million (GBP3.3 million).
Perry now owns a condominium in Hollywood's Sunset Strip area.
