Joss Stone was awarded The Best Dog Owner world wide. She beat Ashley Olsen, Tori Spelling and John O’Hurley. Paris Hilton was named the worst dog owner. Paris has traded in her dog Tinkerbell for other animals like monkeys or ferrets. Joss has put her time and money into animals victimized from Katrina and Wilma hurricanes. Even with her crazy schedule she took the time to be a strong advocate for these different organizations to save these helpless creatures. Everyone that was runners up against Joss are very in love with their dogs and feel fortunate to have their best friend.
