A Belgian singer has slapped Madonna on the wrist for stealing his song, Ma vie fout l’camp (My Life’s Getting Nowhere) that he wrote back in ’93, according to CBC Arts. Madonna’s song Frozen is basically the same song. Belgian songwriter Salvatore Acquaviva has pointed the finger at Madonna for plagiary. Madonna has no contest against this song-writer; the judge is leaning towards Acquaviva. Madonna was told that she has to removal any relations to that song off shelves. Frozen has been banned in Belgium. Retailers only have 15 days or 150,000 fines in Euros which is $209,000 U.S. dollars. Madonna will appeal at a later time.
