Sir Hopkins will be presented with the most prestigious entertainment award next year.

Anthony Hopkins has received many awards and honors in his years of being an actor. He has been nominated for over six Golden Globes and even honored Knighthood in Wales where he was born and raised. However, Sir Hopkins residency is Los Angeles as a legal citizen of the United States of America since 2000. Sir Anthony will be honored again in America for a lifetime achievement award presenting at the Golden Globes ceremony next year in January. The Cecil B. DeMille award is a prestigious award presented to performers that contribute selflessly to the world of entertainment. Only a handful of performers have received this award.
