JOHN HOLOHAN DIED INSTANTLY
Bayside drummer died Monday in a car accident just outside of Cheyenne.
Holohan was only 31 and following his passion: music. He was drummer for their successful group Bayside. They were on tour when the van they were traveling hit some ice and skidded off the road. Holohan and bass player Nick Ghanabarian were thrown out of the vehicle and landed on the ground. Holohan died instantly but Ghanabarian was only terribly injured. The other band members Scott Robinson and Daniel Marino were also injured but have been released from Cheyenne hospital. The accident occurred around 3a.m., only a few minutes from Cheyenne. The accident was just Monday. Everyone in the band survived except John Holohan. The band was touring with other groups; their concert was canceled in Salt Lake City. Nothing is definite for them on continuing their tour.
