JENNIFER'S UNWANTED GUEST GOT SENTENCED

Aniston had a visitor come into her home without an invitation.

David Hesterbey came to visit Jennifer's house in Malibu a couple of months back and now has been sentenced a year in jail and about five years on probation for trespassing. Jennifer was not there when the intruder enter her home. She was on set in Chicago filming "The Break-Up". Her employees asked Hesterbey several times what he was doing. Finally he was scared away and later found on the beach near by. He was arrested and his only confession was he was just visiting Jennifer. As soon as Jennifer heard the news of this strange person in her house she asked the court for a restraining order and was granted one. The order would last up to three years. However, after the sentencing of Hesterbey, the order is extended for ten years, according to E! Online.
