BALDWIN & BASINGER BATTLING AGAIN

Alec is feeling cheated; he thinks he should have more time with his daughter.

Alec has started the battle with his ex-wife again, custody over their daughter. Their ten-year-old daughter, Ireland has been on a roller coaster ever since her parents divorced. Their first battle was last Monday in LA courtroom. Baldwin's lawyers blows were hard and fierce accusing Basinger of turning their daughter against Baldwin. Basinger just took the blows but did not react. Baldwin was not even present. The hearing was intended for Baldwin to get extra time with his daughter now that the holidays were coming. The judge did not see any problem in re-arranging time. Baldwin has not been happy of the custody arrangements. They supposedly had joint custody but since they live 3,000 miles away from each other, Ireland has to make big transitions when going from home to home. Baldwin also thinks Basinger is not keeping her end of the bargain. She is not always on time in having Ireland ready when Alec is scheduled to pick her up and so forth. In addition, Alec is sad that his daughter does even want to see him half the time and he blames Kim. However, at the same time Baldwin is unwilling to change his way of life to be more available to his child. Basinger's professional life is scheduled around Ireland. Baldwin is very worried about his daughter's state of mind. She always seems tense when she visits him and he then blames Kim for how his daughter is. What is going to happen next on, The Soap Opera of Baldwin vs. Basinger?
