TOM SIZEMORE'S LAWYER WANTS TO THROW OUT CHARGES
Tom is charged with another conviction.
Sizemore has been convicted of physically abusing his ex-girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss. His lawyer says there is not enough evidence in the case against his client. The judge even wants more evidence. Heidi has not yet appeared in court. Heidi sent a picture of herself with bruises on her face; Heidi's friend Tara Dabrizzi took photo. There has not been enough evidence or appearance of the defendant or enough defense testifying against Sizemore. They can't even locate Tara; it seems she has left the country back to her homeland Iran. Tara feels she does not feel it is important to testify because the photo should be enough evidence. Sizemore has found two witnesses that saw Heidi shortly after the supposedly beating and saw nothing on her face. Sizemore has starred in two blockbuster movies "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down". Tom has already been sentenced for about 17 months in jail for not passing up his treatment for drug tests while he was on probation.
