THE MORE SERIOUS DIAZ

Cameron talking about her new movie that is in theaters now.

Cameron list of movies goes on and on but her more serious roles are a short list. Diaz wanted to show her serious side for a change. In her latest movie, "In Her Shoes", that is coming out on the big screen this weekend still shows our goofy actress but it will also show her sober side as well. Her goofy films like "There's Something About Mary" or "Charlie's Angels". Diaz is playing opposite of great actress Shirley MacLaine (grandmother) and Toni Collette (sister). Diaz role (Maggie) is the sister that is the black sheep of the family and goes to live with their grandmother at a retirement home. The movie is a little bit drama, a little bit of comedy and a little bit of romance. Cameron relates to being both sisters'. She is like Toni's character Rose when she needs to get things done and some of Maggie that just wants to be irresponsible and just wants to have fun. Cameron has more films in the future to keep her busy like "Holiday" and voice for Fiona in "Shreck 3".
