THE PAPARAZZI IS NOT TO BE BLAMED FOR CRASH

Lindsay was blaming the paparazzi for her latest accident.

Now that Arnold Schwarzeneger signed the new bill just last week the paparazzi are trying to stay out of trouble. So, when Lindsay Lohan was pinning fault on the paparazzi for causing her accident they freaked. But authorities have cleared their names. Even though the paparazzi were following her all day and of course were there to take pictures of the accident, they were not the cause of the accident. There was a van involved in crashing into Lohan. The man that drove the van said he had the right of away when really he was at fault.
