PETE DOHERTY BUSTED

Pete Doherty's gig was raided by the police looking for drugs.

British singer Pete Doherty thinks it is all a big mistake the police snooping around his pad for drugs. He has confessed repeatedly that he is innocent in this entire horrible ordeal. Pete and Kate Moss (girlfriend) got caught snorting cocaine at a local record shop in the town Doherty is from a few weeks ago. Pete Doherty is a troublemaker. He gets sick of the cops' hasseled him and Kate. They were just not listening to his statements. Doherty was held at the police station for further questioning, he stayed overnight in a cell until the next day. He kept repeating, "it all was a mistake, he did not do it". Doherty on Saturday night played a gig at a concert hall that were raided after the band had left and arrested two people who had possession of illegal drugs. Also about 17 people were searched during the same raid. Many were arrested that night during the police drug raid. Another gig for Doherty's band "Babyshambles" was scheduled but now cancelled until further notice.
