Anna Nicole is fighting what's rightfully hers

Widow, Anna Nicole Smith, billionaire Howard Marshall wants more money. Howard made his money in the oil industry. They met when she a stripper. She was ‘Playboy Playmate of the Year’ in 1993 and got married to Howard in ’94. Howard Marshall died a year later. Anna Nicole has been involved in her own reality show and writes for ‘The National Enquirer’ magazine. Her husband put together a trust for Anna Nicole but Pierce Marshall (son of Howard) got rid of all evidence of the trust. Anna Nicole went to court. Pierce and Anna Nicole have been fighting over who has the right to Howard’s money. This case is now hitting the Supreme Court. Anna Nicole and her lawyer are making the decision if they should go to the high court or not. All Anna Nicole knows is that the late Howard Marshall created a trust for her to live on for the rest of her life and Pierce is trying to stop it from happening, according to NY Daily Times. If Anna Nicole decides to continue the fight, the court starts next summer.
