Kanye West was upset about how the New Orlean's vicitims were not taken care.
West is distraught over the news of how the federal government is taking action towards New Orleans victims. Their was a live concert of several celebrities and singers performing an one hour special on NBC in hope to raise funds for hurricane survivors. West was not scheduled to sing but speak about the tragedy in Mississippi and Louisiana. The rappers Kanye West and Mike Myers were supposed to read from made up scripts from the network, not from their hearts. West took advantage and spoke from his heart several times forgetting or ignoring the televised script. It hurt him deeply how the federal response to this tragedy was so slow. He hated how thoughts were rolling around that the aid was coming slow because it was black families suffering. West told the audience that he would be giving a large sum to aid those in New Orleans. The script then thrown at Myers to speak but he is dumbfounded then tried to pick up quickly by reading the script again. Unfortunately NBC will be cutting a lot of what Kanye West said last night. Kanye West left before his turn came again. He did not have the same view as the network.
