Ellen's lover Portia de Rossi shares her coming-out of the closet.

Portia de Rossi and Ellen are in love. It has been eight whole months. Portia is being open with herself, Ellen and who she is. Portia de Rossi was always very shy and private with her sexuality but no more since she has found Ellen. In the past she was always struggling that she was gay. She never shared her true self with anyone not even her family. She was just visiting her grandmother on her visit back home. And like all family they want know your love life. So Portia’s grandmother asked and at first Portia did not know how to ask. Then she took a deep breath and spoke the truth. At first her grandmother was appalled then after a few minutes told Portia that she loved her just the same and wanted to meet Ellen. Portia wanted to cry out for joy. It was very liberating to tell the truth about Ellen and herself. Portia hopes that she stays with Ellen forever. Ellen is a very feminine, compassionate about life and beautiful. There are so many qualities that Portia is attracted about Ellen. Ellen gave me the courage to be myself. That is a great gift! Portia de Rossi is an Australian actress; she acts in the show “Arrested Development” which is starting its new season in September on Fox.
