OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Olivis Newton-John campaigning against breast cancer and raising funds.
A breast cancer survivor, Maya Angelou, inspired Olivia Newton-John to create her 10-song collection. Maya Angelou is a Pulitzer Prize-winning poetry writer, "Phenomenal Woman". Olivia Newton-John assembled several amazing women singers to create her collection of songs for her fundraiser album. She recorded with Pattie LaBelle, Delta Goodrem, Amy Holland, and Beth Neilson Chapman. All these famous women have been affected one way or another by cancer. You can find the album,"Stronger than Before", at your local Hallmark Gold Crown Store from now to end of October. The month of October is the Breast Cancer Awareness month. This is the second time Olivia Newton-John has brought together an album to create awareness and raise money for Breast Cancer. She and country singer Vince Gill joined up in 2000 to create a Christmas album with the London Symphony Orchestra. The Christmas album did very well for hallmark sells in 2000, so Hallmark looking forward to doing business with Olivia Newton-John again. This is the seventh year Hallmark has come together with the breast cancer foundation and created a partnership to spread awareness.
