How Hilary Duff lost weight.
No more eating deep-fried or salty snacks for Hilary. At 17, Duff has been a voluptuous young lady but no more. Lately the pounds are shedding away and leaving behind a trim, fitter Hilary. She is not interested in being very skinny just losing enough that keeps her healthy. The secret to Duff’s weight-loss is she has changed her eating habits. In the last couple months she has changed how she eats food and the kind of foods is she eating. Hilary could have been addicted to French fries. She could eat them all day, everyday. Duff now skips the fries and eats three small meals each day. This diet has worked wonders for Hilary. In just the few months she has had rapid results and she is not starving herself. According to MSN Entertainment, Hilary says, “she feels full after every meal”.
