HEAVY METAL FESTIVAL
Ozzyfest of heavy metal groups coming together for a one night concert.
Ozzy Osbourne was the festival leader—he put together this festival so Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and other heavy metal rock bands could come together and blow some eardrums. The concert was held in Mountain View, California at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. All the groups were bouncing all over the stage, showing their old and new tricks. The most popular move or trick is the “metal hair-twist” which one has to look down, lets their hair spill over their head and start swiftly rotate their head in clockwise motion. According to MercuryNews.com. There were also lots of screaming and other weird behavior that only “head bangers” would understand. Iron Maiden rose up to the occasion and delivered their reputation for an excellent performance. They played all their old songs despite the young audience at the festival. This could be the last of the Ozzfest tour—if it is the last, Ozzy Osbourne was content. Everyone that performed for the festival was also, happy. It was a very successful and memorable show.
